Trulli for renovation

Contrada Capitolo, in an inhabited area; between Locorotondo and Alberobello; we offer for sale a large cone, to be restored, with two side alcoves and a plot of land of 3,500 sqm.

We reach the trullo via a driveway. The hilly terrain is planted with mixed trees and is surrounded by typical dry-stone walls, a UNESCO heritage site.

The trullo has the possibility of an extension of 25 square metres for services and has the possibility of connection to the rural aqueduct.
